My 2012 Toyota Camry has been feeling really floaty and bouncy lately, especially after hitting a speed bump where it will bounce up and down two or three times before settling. On the highway it feels okay but not as planted as it used to be. I’m pretty sure the shocks are worn out because the car has 170,000 km on the original suspension. I’m looking for a place that does car suspension repair Dubai without charging a fortune. I saw Dynostar’s suspension page and they mention checking both shocks and struts. Has anyone here replaced just the shocks and kept the original springs? Did that fix the bouncing or do I need to do the whole assembly? Also how much should I expect to pay for a set of four shocks for a Japanese sedan? I’m planning to keep the car for another two years so I don’t want the cheapest junk but also not the most expensive. Any shop recommendations in Al Quoz or Rashidiya? Thanks.
